Three generations of one family, on one counter.

1969

Andy Poulos opens in Ontario

He was born in Greece. He established the original Andy’s Burgers in Ontario in 1969, and that location is still operating today.

The 1980s

George brings it to Chino

George, Andy’s son-in-law, has run the business for more than forty years. He opened the Chino location on Riverside Drive during the 1980s.

Today

Evangelos and Andreas, across the street

George and Georgia’s sons now manage the new Chino location at 4616 Riverside Drive, directly across from the original at 4603. It has a drive-through, floor-to-ceiling windows, mid-century furnishings and two kitchens — one serving the drive-through, one serving the dining room and patio. Georgia has explained that the double-kitchen design is what lets a quick drive-through lunch and a sit-down meal run at the same time.

“We want to support the Chino community with a bigger location, and faster service now with the drive-through.” Evangelos Sotiropoulos, speaking to Champion Newspapers

The family intends to remodel and lease the original building across the street.
